In the past in Chinese culture people thought neck was a holy part which could not be shown, and people believed it. And now, our culture says it is normal, it is just a norm. No one really care you are showing it. 

Nowadays the people are quite indifferent, people is sup-consciously focus on their own good instead work as community. People alway build up their own bubble.  It is also because of the culture now we are living with, is making us to believe that privacy is enormously important. Because of that, people also feel jealous and curious.

So, I wanted to create an utopia which is no privacy, everything is open and visible. Not only the body, but also activities and information. And this culture will be-Everything is the norm. No hide, no private; be opened and be social.
