“Your pain, my gain.” is the motto of this utopia. 

Why do people look for the utopia? And what does utopia mean to them? It is mainly because people are intimately  greedy and ambitious when they see somehow is better than what they are having now. On the other hand, people subconsciously like comparing with others. Since they can find satisfaction and happy when they see someone is worse then them. 

So in this utopia, I create two cities. They have two different system in their own city. By the setting, via the main routine by the train, they can only see other’s worse part but not the better part. So they think they have the best and be satisfied with where they live.
